Vipul B Varshneya

Vipul B. Varshneya is one of the Co-founders and the Principal Architects at STHAPATI. She is a proponent heritage enthusiast, a visionary urban planner, and a prolific author with over 150 articles published in national dailies, including The Hindustan Times. Under her stewardship, documentation of historical and culturally significant monuments has been completed and published by leading organisations. Vipul serves as the Convenor of INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage), Lucknow Chapter, and as an Adviser to the National Scientific Committee of ICO in MOS (International Council of Monuments and Sites), India. Vipul's work has earned her several recognitions, including the prestigious Heritage Award from the Uttar Pradesh Government at Ganj Carnival, the U.P. Ratna Award in 2013, and the Shakti Samman in 2015 from the Governor of U.P. She was also a recipient of the A3 International Foundation's Excellence in Architectural Journalism Award in 2016.

Anuj Varshneya

Anuj is an acknowledged authority in the field of structural engineering with 28 years experience in the infrastructures project planning, detailed design, PPR & DPR, project management for multi – storey housing, institutional, commercial, industrial buildings, road bridges, railway bridges, rail cum road bridges, Viaduct, continuous balanced cantilever bridges, ROBs / RUBs, Cast-in-situ concrete bridges, Pre-stressed concrete Bridges, Segment-ally constructed bridges, metro station, retrofitting of existing weak structures, steel structures, bridge build method, earthquake resistance structures & detailing as per international & national codes and specifications.

Harsh Varshneya

Harsh Varshneya, Principal Architect at STHAPATI, leads major urban mobility projects in India and internationally, including airport developments in Ayodhya, Jodhpur, and Jammu, the Delhi University Redevelopment and National School of Drama and various railway station projects in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore, and the Technology-enabled Light House Projects in Lucknow, Indore, and Agartala. Harsh’s expertise spans global projects in the UK, Mauritius, and New Zealand. His achievements include being featured in the '30 under 30 - 2021' list by Hindustan Times and being named one of the Top 50 Design Visionaries by A+D in 2024 and Top Architects of India 2024, CWAB.
