The Club House in HeartBeat City reflects the lifestyle aspirations of Noida’s growing urban population

Wellness-oriented design focuses on creating spaces that promote health, well-being, and balance, using architecture to foster a harmonious connection between the built environment and its occupants. The sleek, modern clubhouse nestled within a vibrant community, the Heart Beat city in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is designed to be both a social hub and a serene retreat.

The design of the clubhouse is a celebration of space, light, and connection with an indicative built-up area of about 3700 sqm. As you walk through the entrance, you’re greeted by a soaring lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass and latticework that blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Offering both indoor and outdoor amenities, the clubhouse is a hub for fitness, leisure, and social interaction, embodying the lifestyle aspirations of Noida’s evolving urban demographic while fostering community and enhancing the city’s reputation for modern living.

The two-storeyed building, with a two-level basement parking, is part of the second phase and consolidates amenities like restaurants, a library, indoor games, and a business centre, and phase one with the outdoor sports amenities. With expansive windows and fluid layouts, the architecture creates an open, inviting atmosphere.
