Landmark Living

In collaboration with the NBCC (National Buildings Construction Corporation) and under the patronage of the Honourable Supreme Court of India, the Leisure Park project unfolds across a sprawling built-up area encompassing 303,603 sq m, reaching a soaring height of 70 meters. It transcended being just a housing project – it is a visionary intervention that embraces urban challenges, nurtures community connections, and celebrates the harmony between people and nature.

The layout of the residential towers is consciously designed to foster social cohesion and recreational continuity. It was not merely about stacking buildings but connecting people and nurturing a community spirit. The design encourages linear circulation, providing access to the blocks from the outer periphery while linking the inner periphery to a lush, one-acre green space – a true ‘retreat’. The retreat – a serene oasis, features a meticulously designed club building with stepped terraces overlooking an amphitheater—a stage for community performances and gatherings, paying homage to the Indian tradition of communal celebration.

This architectural triumph is not a mere construction endeavour, but a profound response to extensive societal issues. Leisure Park offers a deep sense of belonging, community, and sustainability, standing as a shining beacon of hope in the realm of urban development, demonstrating that architecture can solve some of society’s most pressing and complex challenges. By tackling the urgent housing needs of a growing population, it demonstrates a steadfast commitment to sustainability, while paying homage to the art of community living. With a design that masterfully balances aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility, this project stands out as a resounding testament to the transformative power of architecture.
